iP-TEC® offers a wide variety of products, from primary containers for culturing and storing cells
to outer boxes for delivery.
We can develop and propose optimal devices depending on the culture and transport conditions you want to achieve.
This method enables the “ready-to-use” transport of iPS cells and other cells without freezing them. Freezing cells prior to transport provides a safer travel environment; however, there are risks that cells may be damaged or destroyed when returned to an active state, as well as loss of time, labor costs and costs incurred from chemical agents.
Live transport provides a better and more cost effective transportation solution.
Device developed to make live transport possible.
A combination of high-spec phase change materials and outer box assists to maintain temperature ranges of 36~33℃ for max 150H or over.
The iP-TEC® flask requires a culture medium of less than 50% compared to a conventional flask without loosing culture area. It ensures a lower total transport cost for cells.
The primary containers are designed not to have any air bubbles, which can protect cells from damage via vibration during transportation.
Dish or well plate that are difficult to transport, can also be transported without liquid leakage.
These can be stably transported with a cell culture insert.
Automate the perfusion culture or media change in the dish or plate you are using.
iP-TEC® series offers devices (primary containers, secondary containers, third containers, phase change material, auxiliary device) for transporting cells and perfusion cultures for automated culturing of cells.
We propose optimal devices and systems according to the purpose and distance of cell transport and culture conditions.
