The World’s Leading Blow Molding Technology of PFA
PFA products cannot be produced by general blow molding machines due to the high melting point (400℃) and corrosive gas generation.
Besides, the dedicated molding machine for PFA is rarely offered in the market. With many years of expertise in producing plastic products, we Sanplatec newly developed our PFA blow molding machine. We are proud to have such the world’s leading technology, while few companies have all around the world.
Quality Management Control
We thoroughly control the quality of PFA bottles for various operations or researches requiring high quality in the semiconductor or medicine industry and analysis facilities, etc. The visual inspection is conducted on all bottles using a high spec camera and detects small deformation, scratches, and foreign materials like black spots, etc. The bottles that passed the inspection will be packed individually in a bag with lot numbers. We are pleased to offer you high-quality PFA bottles made in Japan.

- ICP mass spectrometer ELEMENT2 manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific
- ICP mass spectrometer ELAN DRC Ⅱ manufactured by Parkinelmer
Test Method
After putting hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid into the bottle, it was allowed to stand at room temperature (approximately 22°C) for 7 days. Some of the hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid in the sample bottles were collected, heat-concentrated on a hot plate, and dilute acid was added to make a constant volume.
For this solution, the measurement of metallic elements was carried out by ICP mass spectrometry.
Compliant with USP Plastic Class VI
PFA bottles have been used as low temperature storage containers for biologics in the United States. It has a cold resistance in the long term and has no biological impact.
PFA bottles Sanplatec manufactured originally meet the quality standards for laboratory equipment by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and are certified in Class 6.
Sanplatec Developed GL 45 Standard Compliant Bottle
In response to requests from overseas pharmaceutical customers, we have developed a container <PFA bottle GL45> that complies with the GL screw cap standard for glass containers. Other companies’ caps will also fit as long as it is GL45. By installing a cap with a port from another company, it is possible to inject and dispense chemicals in a closed system. 1L bottle has a grip area on each side for easy grip and anti-slip.
