We have received custom orders from many Japanese researchers and have more than 300 cases every year.
Many of our products have been developed as standard products that can be used for a general purpose by utilizing the know-how gained from custom orders. The wide range of custom-made technologies and the high quality of custom-made products, such as shape processing, cleaning/sterilization, and printing/coloring, have resulted in many repeat orders from researchers.

Processing Services
Cutting and welding processes
This is a processing service that cuts, drills, bends, welds, and welds plastic materials to create the desired shape.
Pre-Cleaned
This service provides you with bottle and laboratory equipment washing with pure water, acid, or pyrogen-free water to remove foreign substances, particles, oil, and grease.
Printing process
This is a process for printing scales, logos, letters, etc. on products.
Printing on is also available. We can print on curved surfaces such as bottles and any materials that are difficult to print on, such as PFA bottles and PFA tubes.
Sterilization process
Two types of sterilization are available: EOG sterilization and electron beam sterilization.
Fluorination
The surface of polyethylene containers is fluorinated (fluoro-barrier) to improve gas barrier properties and chemical resistance.
Coloring on molded products
Colored masterbatches are blended during the molding of polyethylene and polypropylene bottles, beakers and cups to color the containers.
Microfabrication
Microscopic processing is performed on plastic materials such as acrylic at the micron level.

Vacuum glove box for press machine
The customer requested to use the press machine inside of a glove box for moisture and oxygen-sensitive batteries. This was designed and made in the customized size and shape.
Measuring Flask Washer
A washing machine that can rinse and clean up to 12 measuring flasks at a time. Just connect a hose from a water tap.
Custom-made PTFE square box
Since adhesives cannot be used to process PTFE (fluoropolymer), we produced the custom-made item by cutting or welding to make the request.
Magnetic Plate BiT-Mag96
This is a magnetic plate developed with the know-how of developing 1-cell RNA sequencing technology by Dr. Hayashi, Bioinformatics Research and Development Team, RIKEN Center for Functional Bioscience.
Tabletop hood (with screen curtain)
Changed the sliding door of the standard tabletop hood to a roll-type curtain
Magnetic stirrer (SUS cover spec)
The material of the stage was changed from PVC to stainless steel to enhance chemical resistance.
