Description
●This product provides a simple and easy test and inspect whether vacuum packaging is completely sealed by aluminum and plastic film, which are widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
●The transparent test chamber, regardless of the use or non-use of water, can be quickly evacuated to easily check the sealing of test samples and the presence or absence of scratches. If water is used, defective packaging can be visually checked by bubbles.
●Precise pressure adjustment is possible. Once the valve is adjusted, the test can be repeated with the same value.
●The decompression level can be set and its maintenance time can be set.
●Compact design and light weight. ●This product is designed for use in Japan (100V specification, Japanese-style plug), so please use a transformer suitable for your country when using this product.)
●Connect to your vacuum pump and start testing easily
●Chambers can be selected according to the size of the product package to be tested.
●The timer allows you to set the test time, perform repeated tests, and indicate the correct pressure with a vacuum gauge. ●Connection tube (nylon tube φ6 x φ4 mm) and vacuum pump are not included. ●Control box (Code: 00182) has been discontinued. Please consider its successor (Code: 30299).
