iP-TEC🄬 Sterile Tubing Connection Welder
This is a welding machine for connecting tubes fitted with iP-TEC sterile tube connectors at both ends in a sterile state.
First, attach the two connectors. Next, automatically detach the aluminum seal plates attached to them while heating them with the welder. This causes the connector ends to be heat-welded. As a result, the tubing is connected in a sterile state via the connectors, enabling the flow of liquid.

Tubes pre-fitted with this connector can be heat-sealed together under sterile conditions using a dedicated welder.The material of the tubes connected to the connector is not restricted.

Mechanism of Sterile Connections
Insert the connectors into each other.
Set up the welder.
Grasp the aluminum plate attached to the connector.
Heat is transferred to the sealing aluminum plate attached to the connector.
The aluminum plate melts the connector and pulls it out.
The sterile connection is complete, and fluid flow is now possible.
